Available event entry and refund rules appear on the event page. An invitation request or interest registration is not an entry ticket. Paid entry is confirmed only after payment is verified.
Privacy
Your registration details are shared with the CRACO team to manage event entry and contact you about your booking. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored on this website.
Verify your booking email with a one-time code to see tickets addressed to that inbox and requests you organised using it. Group organisers can see their crew’s tickets; each guest can access their own ticket using their booking email. Instagram handles are shared with the CRACO review team and do not appear on tickets.
We send email codes, request updates and ticket links through our email provider. Verification codes expire after ten minutes. A secure cookie can keep you signed in for up to 30 days on the same browser. Sign out on shared devices.
Existing password and other older accounts remain supported. Passwords, recovery keys and session tokens are stored as hashes. A mobile number alone does not give access to someone’s tickets. Private ticket email links can grant access to one booking; keep those links and your entry QR private.
